Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 peeled kiwi 
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 2-4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in your blender. Start slow and gradually speed up blender until smooth. Then blend for another 30 seconds on high.
